Graduation day for Quan Hoang. Quan left for the Academy July 1, 2007 to become a Firefighter. He has graduated in December 2007, and he now is now Tulsa’s first Asian Firefighter working at the Firestation at 31st Street and Garnet. Thank you for your service, Quan!
